| Position Responsibilities: |
Junior Analyst are responsible for utilizing our internal & external databases & other search tools on the Internet to create Value Added Research Data pertaining to: |
|
|
|
|
Public / private Companies critical business information, financial news, merger & acquisitions along with private placement transactions, Key executives & Directors, Pitch books & board books, precedent transactions analysis, company profiling, briefing pack, etc
|
|
|
|
Participate in time sensitive projects & take collaborative initiatives with colleagues and clients in New Delhi & New York. |
|
Desired Candidate Profile: |
|
|
|
Bachelors / Masters Degree with a major in accounting or finance. Enrolment in the CFA /CA program will be an added advantage. |
|
|
|
Candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience in research domain will be preferred. |
|
|
|
Strong Financial or accounting skills is required. |
|
|
|
Excellent Computer skills including spreadsheet, word processing and graphics. |
|
|
|
Analytical skills and an interest in learning about the investment process. |
Location: |

Senior Financial Analyst |
|
Position Responsibilities: |
|
|
|
Perform complex valuation & financial modeling, DCF, relative valuations, LBOs, merger consequence analysis, etc. |
|
|
|
Sector studies, pitch books, board books other analytical work for top- tier Wall Street banks |
|
|
|
Global Economic indicator analysis, industry analysis and research to provide relative value analysis and identification of investment recommendations. |
|
|
|
Lead large teams – Coach, motivate and counsel the team and manage large projects |
|
|
|
Will gain Investment banking experience, including M&A, valuations and fundamental research |
|
|
|
Will gain exposure to industries such as Energy, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Media & Telecom, as well as products groups including equity, debt, M&A, private placements and structured products. |
|
Desired Candidate Profile: |
|
|
Finance MBA from a reputed B school / CFA (CFA Institute, US) / Top performing CA |
|
|
|
Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in research domain will be preferred. |
|
|
|

Position Responsibilities: |

|
Investment & Financial Research with a special focus in the area of Merger & Acquisitions. |
|
|
|
Service Investment Banker requests through research & analysis using a host of databases and market data feeds. |
|
|
|
Use various databases to research & retrieve information as required |
|
|
|
Periodically get trained on new market databases and/or other work related tools/ products/ applications |
|
|
|
Reporting to & regular interaction with the Client on tasks performed. |
|
| Desired Candidate Profile: |
|
|
MBA Finance or Post Graduate in Finance |
|
|
|
1-2 years of experience preferably with knowledge of M&A activities & latest happenings in the same arena. |
|
|
|
Knowledge of SEC Filings & other major market regulatory body’s rules. |
|
|
|
Knowledge of databases like Bloomberg, Factiva, Thomson etc. |
|
|
|
Macro Economics, sectoral or industrial knowledge would be an added advantage. |
|
|
|
Strong in basic financials. |
