Raju Venkatraman, Founder & CEO

As a founder of Syven Global Services and Syven Group, Raju is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in technology and financial services industry. He has spent more than 10 years managing technology projects and driving strategic solutions at leading Wall Street firms.

Raju’s primary responsibilities in Syven include charting the company’s strategic direction and overseeing global business development activities.

Raju has a Bachelors degree in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and is currently pursuing an Executive M.B.A. from The Johnson School at Cornell University.

Thej Gurumurthy, COO – US Operations

Thej has served as a Director at Syven Technologies, LLC since 2000 and is a founder of Syven Global Services. Prior to joining Syven, Thej held consulting positions with Aditi Technologies, IBM Global Services and UBICS.

Thej is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering Syven’s iKPO services to clients globally.

Thej has a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Mysore University. He received an M.B.A. in Finance, Strategy and Global Business from NYU‘s Stern School of business, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honors and was designated as a Stern Scholar. He is a CFA Level III Candidate.

Ram Gopalan, COO & Country Head – India Operations

Ram has served as a Director at Syven Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since 2000 and is a founder of Syven Global Services. He has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in managing technology consulting projects and other services companies in the Indian markets.

Ram is responsible for managing Syven's Indian operations and iKPO delivery centers.

Ram has a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Institute of Electronics and Communications, New Delhi. He has also undergone an intensive Entrepreneurship Development program at the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
